1.Registration and Information Sharing Policy
When you register on Lupexchange, you will be required to share your personal information, including but not limited to your name, mobile number, email address, bank details, UPI ID, wallet address, and transaction receipts/screenshots. This is necessary as we are a business, and operating without this information is challenging.

2. If you send flash USDT, you will not be eligible for a refund, and the chances of your user ID being banned will increase.
3.You must wait for up to 30 minutes for the transaction to complete. During this time, we check whether the USDT received by Lupexchange is not flash USDT. If we have any doubts during this process, we may halt your transaction. In such cases, you will need to wait for up to 7 days for the transaction to be resolved.
4.If you attempt to commit fraud by sending USDT and then requesting a refund, we have the right to ban your exchange ID. We maintain proof of all transactions, and any fraud.
5.If you engage in any restricted transaction, you will not be eligible for a refund. A warning is provided on every restricted transaction page to notify you of this.
6.If you are trading in the stock fund and face any legal issues, it will be your responsibility. Lupexchange will not provide any assistance in such matters.
7.Trading in the gaming fund or stock fund may result in your bank account being frozen.
8.Lupexchange is a platform where gaming fund sellers, stock fund sellers, and USDT sellers come to fulfill their respective needs. Our job is to ensure that transactions are fast, secure, and protected from fraud.
9. Lupexchange is only an exchange platform. We do not personally run any gaming company or stock company. We simply assist gaming companies and stock fund sellers by allowing them to use our platform. In return, we apply minimal charges for our services.
10.If a USDT seller's account gets frozen while trading in the stock fund and legal action is taken against them, Lupexchange will not be responsible for any such issues.
11. Please provide your real and working email ID and mobile number. These are the contact details we will use during the refund and transaction process. If the information you provide is incorrect and we fail to contact you, your refund will be put on hold for up to 7 days until our doubts are cleared.
