1. If a customer makes a payment and, due to a technical issue, their transaction is not successfully converted on Lupexchange, they will be eligible for a refund.
2. If the customer receives a lower amount than the agreed conversion rate on Lupexchange — for example, if they were supposed to receive ₹93,500 for 1000 USDT but only receive ₹92,500 — they can claim a refund for the remaining ₹1,000 without any fees.
3.If you are purchasing gaming funds and your account is fresh (unused) and the amount gets frozen on the very first transaction, you are eligible for a refund. The terms and conditions are: there should be no transactions in the account for 7 days prior to receiving the Lupexchange transaction, and the amount received from Lupexchange should not exceed ₹80,000.
4.There is only one way to receive a refund, and that is in USDT.
Whenever you make a transaction, it is mandatory to provide your **REFUND YOUR USDT ADDRESS (TRC20)** in the sending form or transaction form. Refunds will only be processed through this address.
5.Lupexchange takes between 30 minutes to 24 hours to process a refund.
If you do not receive the payment within 30 minutes, you must raise a ticket, connect via WhatsApp, or send an email to the provided address. Please note, you should request a refund only if the conversion takes longer than 30 minutes.
Who is not eligible for refund?
1. If you request a refund within 5 to 25 minutes of making the payment, you will not be eligible for a refund.
2.If the USDT you send is flash USDT or any fraudulent USDT, you will not be eligible for a refund.
3.If you choose a currency pair for payment where it is explicitly mentioned that only gaming company agents or stock agents are allowed to make payments, and you proceed with the transaction to convert that pair, you will not be eligible for a refund.
4.If you are making a CDM payment and, due to a technical issue with the bank, the amount is not received by Lupexchange, you will not receive an instant refund. You may have to wait for up to 7 days. During this time, either the transaction will be credited to Lupexchange’s account, or Lupexchange will inquire with the bank to complete the transaction. The refund will be processed after 7 days, provided there were no mistakes on your part.
5.If you receive a transaction from Lupexchange and your bank account gets blocked, the following terms and conditions apply:
* If you are trading in the gaming fund and your account has been active for more than 5 days, you will not be eligible for a refund.
* If you are trading in the stock fund and your account has been active for more than 2 days, you will not be eligible for a refund.
*If you are trading in both gaming fund and stock fund with the same account, the 2-day rule for stock fund applies, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
It is important to keep in mind that:
* Your account can stay active for up to 7 days for gaming fund and up to 4 days for stock fund.
Always ensure you check whether the debit transactions in your account are active before making any transactions.
6.If the fund received from Lupexchange is not withdrawn within 24 hours and your bank gets frozen, you will not be eligible for a refund.
7.If the gaming company or stock fund company is unable to complete the transaction within the given time and the fund arrives at Lupexchange after the timeout, you will not be eligible for a refund.
The reason is that if the customer does not receive their transaction within 30 minutes, their USDT is refunded. However, if the fund arrives after the timeout, it can affect the health of our bank account. In such a situation, when we sell your fund, we will complete the transaction for you. Otherwise, if your account gets frozen before the fund is sold, you will not receive a refund.
7.1In certain cases, if the amount exceeds ₹80,000, we will apply a penalty of 8% for gaming funds and 14% for stock funds before refunding the amount. This refund will be processed within 12 hours.
